C++ tests are incomplete #122

We need to replicate a complete test set, like the one that is in Java. In order to do this we need to:

address C++ doesn't have equals implementations #121 so we can compare our types
Be able to generate jwts from C++

We should break this into smaller pieces (User, Document, Group) + JWT generation.

@coltfred also recommends we move to gtest as part of this work.
