Open tasks page from user tasks report

When users double-click a task in the user tasks report, it should take them to the tasks page in that date, so they can edit the task.

To make explicit this behavior, the table should probably have a toolbar and a button called "edit task", with the same functionality as double-clicking. The Projects Evaluation report is similar in this regard, you can double-click a row to open the project details and there is also a button.
