Алгоритм

Пытаемся подключится к прокси (тест CONNECT)
Опредяем страну, скорость, пинг
Опредяем тип, пока что неизвестно как
Подключаемся к сайту судей и определяем ip, если поменялся, проверяем дальше
Подключаемся через ssl, для теста https
Проверяем заголовки для проверки анонимности
