The AnDOGenerator can expose a set of methods for generation of the metadata files as defined in the BEP.
By inheriting from the AnDOGenerator these methods can be overwritten in a project specific manner such that metadata can be fetched from arbitrary sources.
For known metadata sources subclasses with the corresponding implementations of these functions could be provided already within the AnDO package.
