  • Update Learn article pages to have choosable sidebars
  • Create a sidebar for Nonprofit conversion pages
  • Create a new idea/question submission form specific to these pages & place in sidebar. Use placeholder info for now, and we can transfer ownership & have Kate/Beverly update the form & routing as needed. Styling can match the other Learn one.
  • Create a parent Nonprofit conversion page & test a child embed & left nav menu functionality
  • List any steps that would need to happen during content entry (i.e. make it a child of x, set to this sidebar, etc.)

& test a child embed

@MirandaEcho What does this mean?

Steps for content entry/creation:

  • Create parent page and set it to use "Guide" template (already done with "Nonprofit conversions" page)
  • Select the "Nonprofit Conversions" sidebar to be used (already done with "Nonprofit conversions" page)

Child pages:

  • Create a child page by creating a new page and assigning the parent page to be "Nonprofit Conversions"
  • Select the "Guide" template to be used on the child page
  • Select the "Nonprofit Conversions" sidebar to be used

@MirandaEcho Are they going to be going through the whole content creation process with using the separate Learn staging site we created a few months back, or is this a small guide that they can just create on the normal staging site within a few days that we can then just push live?

If they're going to need the separate staging site, we'll need to bring it up to date with the current Learn site which will take some time.

From @MirandaEcho on Slack:

they might even just do it on the live site since they're trying to get it up ASAP. If not live, then normal staging.

@MirandaEcho This is deployed to staging.

Example parent page with custom sidebar: https://learn-inn-org.inndev.staging.wpengine.com/nonprofit-conversions/

Example child page with same custom sidebar:

Test form that is set up that they can edit:

It's based on the default Learn Guide Feedback form
