create a database and change db_config.php to your settings

import the file on the mysql_import folder to your newly created mysql database

first create a user account using the admin / admin account
then add a team, a project and member then a task
use the tmq_java_timer to login your user account to start to enable the timer / start. 
NOTE: You cant start an Action or Task unless you Login with the tmq_java_timer app
