We need to introduce a way to validate that all of the services in the platform build successfully.

I have added a simple python script that does the following:

finds all build.gradle files in the platform
for each build.gradle file:
- executes gradle clean at the platform root to clean all projects
- for the given build.gradle file, executes gradle build clean to run a build for that specific project

There is a summary that is printed out at the end to indicate which builds, if any, have failed.
