The following changes should be made to the standard glossary:
Change "Blood Pressure" (both systolic and diastolic) to "Arterial Blood Pressure" in order to be consistent with terminology used by other systems. The term "blood pressure" is too generic and doesn't indicate how the blood pressure was taken.
The following terms should be added:
