Deprecate puntual lights as we move to KHR_punctual_lights

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Blender add-on since 3.4 supports the KHR_punctual_lights GLTF extension so it does not make sense to keep on using our own components for those.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should deprecate our punctual lights components by adding a new "Deprecate" category to the components menu and adding a tooltip to encourage users to use the punctual lights extension by enabling the "Puctual Lights" export option.

Additionally we should also add an error label in the punctual lights components with the same message.
