Field validator issue when code is updated. #631

Describe the bug
When updating a field validators, Squest still use the previous version. A compose restart fix it. Let's investigate

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add a field validator
Update python code
Django still use the previous version

Expected behavior
When update in .py -> update in Squest

Squest version or GIT commit number: v1.10.2 - fc4ac8
Ansible Tower/AWX version: NA

field validator is now deprecated
