cant download pretrained model under AttentionGAN-v1-multi/stargan_rafd #32

i am having trouble downloading the pretrained model, that is trained on the rafd dataset. It creates the checkpoint folder, but does not download the model. I tried to follow the link that was described in the file but access is forbidden. Is there a way for me to get access or download this file?
