This PR

  • Adds support for OpenCV on Ubuntu 18.04
  • Adds dependencies as submodules with correct tag
  • Adds docker support
  • Makes ROS optional
  • Make the sync script safer by using boost::filesystem and making flag atomic for safe multithreaded access
