Add a way to add simple versions of validity domains

There's a nice paper that discusses validity domains in the same context as Gurobi ML: https://arxiv.org/abs/2406.10065

The more elaborate validity domain proposed are not so trivial to implement but at least the most simple one seems to have some beneficial effect and should be simple to add.
