Trigger webmap cache update on change (any transaction)

Currently a webmap is cached and carries old information. When transferring tokens the wallet views do not change on the map. This is confusing for the user and one solution would be to trigger the cache to be re written for each wallet involved in a transaction . The wallet view species count and allocation is also part of this issue.
