GOAL: The client needs to be able to request the captures & raw-captures based on the logged in organization id(s) & by selected organization id in the filter

Logging in will give access to particular organizations through keycloak. Will the organization uuids be downloaded to the client still? Should the client pass along the query data or will that happen serverside? Should it be the same for filtering?
