Hi, I have a question about Fig.2f in the xPore's paper. You mention about top significant 1,452 positions and use for compare with m6ACE-seq. So I download the Supplement1 and filter with p-value<0.001, coverage for all replicate in 30 -1000 and select only DRACH but I got the result around 1,800 position.
Can you suggest or point me to get the top rank from supplement1? and If I want to generate the same Fig.2f, I must use all type of kmer or use only DRACH motif . How we can generate this?
