eventalign.txt.gz file as an input

hi, I generated 2TB eventalign.txt using nanopolish as a result.
Since it's nonsense storing it, I gzipped it and when I tried to apply xpore dataprep for the compressed eventalign.txt.gz, it couldn't read the file.
Is there any way xpore can read compressed eventalign.txt?
