Add docs for mods working together

Currently, the GmlWiki lacks any pages that cover how to check if other mods exist, dependencies and optionals, or load after a short bit on load order

include platform info like for dependencies. thunderstore gets it from the manifest (though i think we have to add the version to the id) but steam workshop has an interface
