Guide

• Download the Dataset From: rating.csv and anime_with_synopsis.csv

• Run this notebook anime-recommender.ipynb in jupyter-notebook or vscode

• Move these files (Dataset files and model file(svd.joblib)) to recommender/Models directory

• Go to the project folder and run py/python/python3 manage.py runserver command in the cmd-prompt or terminal
