This is a patch version release which fixes a critical bug fix.

Fixes

• Critical bug fix where the dropEyesOfEnderFromEndPortalFrame rule wouldn't work at all in the release .jar file for the mod, but would work went built for debugging in dev environments. This is why we didn't notice it before now! ([BUG] - dropEyesOfEnderFromEndPortalFrame does not work on release build #181)
