First release with the new mod name!

This is a minor version release which includes new rules, some internal changes and a critical bug fix.

New rule disableMobSpawningInEnd ([RULE] - Disable mob spawning per dimension #91)
New rule disableMobSpawningInNether ([RULE] - Disable mob spawning per dimension #91)
New rule disableMobSpawningInOverworld ([RULE] - Disable mob spawning per dimension #91)
New rule spawnEggsSpawnMobsWithNoAI ([RULE] - Spawn eggs will spawn mobs with no AI #96)
New rule portalSpectatorDelay ([RULE] - PortalSpectatorDelay #113, thanks @Pi3tro88 for the suggestion!)

Mod has been renamed "Carpet Addons Not Found" from "Gilly7CE Carpet Addons" ([REQUEST] - Rename Project to "Carpet Addons Not Found" #104)
disablePhantomSpawningInMushroomFields used to disable phantoms spawning within a mushroom fields biome if their allocated spawn location was within that biome. Now any phantom spawning is disabled whilst the player is in a mushroom fields biome (Refactor PhantomSpawnerMixin to be more compatible with other mods #129)

Critical bug which made the mod incompatible with the essential addons carpet extension mod. The game would crash loading any singleplayer world whilst both mods are loaded (Refactor PhantomSpawnerMixin to be more compatible with other mods #129)
