In the assignment, it says we should compute a linear model with the NOA index and the "first Fourier frequency (i.e. one sin and one cos)" as independent variables. Could you please explain what exactly you mean by that? What is the Fourier frequency and from what should we calculate it?

@dirkzeuss I have the same question as Sophia, since the fourier frequency is not mentioned in the unit.
