其实我还是有个困惑，为什么要把加载词典放在bilstm下面，为什么不直接放在token里面呢，感觉有点儿冗余，还是说有什么考究？

发现这个地方也存在BUG，persist的地方修改名字，这样Load的时候就可以用了。
