In case CSAF became widely used, having a periodic job that builds/uploads the csaf docker image if either the Dockerfile or requirements.txt change would be useful.

Dockerfile/requirements.txt can be cached so that is the easy part. The hard part is storing dockerhub credentials, which would require further discussion with IT/DevOps
