How do I find the gsa-icam-card-builder.jar? Do I need to build the src or is the jar file provided. Could not see it in the repo.

You can download and extract the contents of gsa-icam-card-builder-v1.8.76.zip. Then, execute start-signer.sh or start-signer.bat, depending on your operating system. That should start up the content signer utility.

I would like to use the FIPS201 GSA CCT to test a Card. How do I personalize a Card with a PIV data set created by the gsa-icam-card-builder? Any tool you recommend?
