This is a checklist of the things required for a solid first release:

  • Fyne 2.5 at least for full Wayland support (Fyne)
  • A great FyneDesk release (using Wayland primarily with XWayland for legacy apps) (FyneDesk)
  • Wallpaper selection and visual chooser
  • File manager with xdc file open support (Fyles)
  • Network manager
  • System update app
  • Installer branded for FyshOS (or replaced with custom app!)
