how about create a project for mobile devices.

We are going to support mobile as well - but it may not need to be a separate project as Fyne allows us to build FyneDesk for mobile. In fact someone did that already as a proof of concept.

We might need to set up a different layout and turn off some features - but could all be done in this repo :).
