Resources dissapear after a transport to a too small storage

Expected behavior

To refuse the transport or bring back the resources that can not be stored

Actual behavior

when I transported my resources from one base to another and that second base did not have enough storage space to accommodate them, the surplus has disappeared.

What would be more suitable is either to refuse sending the shipment as was the case before, or to bring the surplus back to the base of departure.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Send resources to a database whose storage is not big enough to contain everything
