Description

Currently, if I want to view login records in the Admin UI, I have to have some heavy handed privilege granted to view them (System Manager and an Admin).

(login records here - in the admin UI - https:///admin/system/login-record/)

We should have a login_record viewer role or lesser role to allow a read only view of these records.
