• receptors discarded dataset-wide are still considered for receptor complexes, leading to ambiguous correlation coefficients of 0 in the final cor matrix when a real correlation may exist for the TF and receptor in the few cells where the receptor is expressed
• Missing or disqualified receptors should use NA value of correlation instead of flooring to 0
