Describe the bug

The Tin Cable (modern_industrialization:tin_cable) item in Modern Industrialization has an incorrect recipe, blocking progression in the mod. The crafting table recipe requires Tin Wire from FTB Materials (ftb_materials:tin_wire), which is uncraftable, instead of the expected Tin Wire from Modern Industrialization (modern_industrialization:tin_wire).

Expected behaviour

Tin Cable is craftable with MI Tin Wire, or FTBM Tin Wire is craftable
