I'm trying to install it but when I click the check box to enable it this error message is given

When you install the zip file, you need to make sure it's called venturial, not venturial-master.

I was having the same issue.

Ie rename the downloaded zip file to just "venturial.zip"

Hi. You can download the zip file from here. However, you may find that some parts of venturial are not working. This is because we are modifying the UI and incorporating design changes. This should be completed by the end of the coming week. I suggest that you try venturial after that.
I'll keep this issue open until then.

The issue is still persisting and not working in blender LTS
