problem with polish language

I changed the language and it works fine except that polish characters (ą, ć, ę, ł, ń, ó, ś, ź, ż) are not recognizable. For example in menu it should say "Sieć" but "ć" is missing. I'm also using the rework and reshade mod and maybe that's why it's not working, but I don't know.
