Describe the bug
When adding a mappack with //addpack, not every map or even old, already removed maps are added. This seems to happen when maps where removed from the mappack somewhere in the beginning or middle of the list. (Index / ID error?)

Expected behavior
When using //addpack, all maps in the mappack should be added.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to a server which is running FlagRush
  2. Add pack 1155 (Curated mappool)
  3. Pack contains 9 maps (right now), but not all are added
