Mookme seems to run pre-commit steps in parallel #129

Hi
Maybe I misunderstood what steps means Mookme pre-commit.json , but it seems like pre-commit steps are running in parallel. This is causing some steps to be executed early and causes them to fail.

I see that there is a duplicate issue here: #100 , so closing this one.
