Explain how to add custom provider

My client uses ollama over local network.

Could you add to the documentation how to add a custom provider, via REST API.
I saw generic adapter but maybe there is possibility to create rest adapter that will work for generic requests?
Or maybe ollama adapter?

But at least documentation on adding custom provider would help as I potentially can add adapters back to this gem
