Stuck on preparing wallet/syncing issues

Hello

I used yoroi for a transaction Friday morning, everything seemed to be working fine but when I reopened yoroi using my ledger my wallet showed 0 and there was no history of any transactions either, including all my past history from the last 2 years. I then tried to restore my wallet using my ledger and it still keeps showing 0. So i tried to add a new wallet using my ledger just to see if that would work and it's stuck on "preparing new wallet". Not sure what to do.

I would also like to add that for some reason my ada is showing up on my ledger where it normally is always stored and staked on yoroi. Any insight on how I can fix this issue would be appreciated.
