fix: reduce homepage images size and hide on mobile

As user I want to be able to see the homepage as fast as possible, also on slow connection (mobile and tablet).

Expected result:
1_ remove water background image from homepage on mobile view. User should not even download it on their device, so no display: none please ;)

2_ Optimize and reduce the size of the background image in the homepage. We want to decrise the overall homage size.

Sure, I'd prefer to make the homepage as lightweight as possible and shift all surplus information other than the search to the about pages etc. I can focus on making everything align correctly and just overall make it feel more natural.

Feel free to tag @ElliotForWater/elliotforwater-team next time so we are aware of message.
We decided to create a different homepage, mostly to communicate our mission better in it.
We now will have to focus on other features but if you want to check the new homepage and suggest some improvment, feel free!

Please take in mind that we need to have a good explanation of our mission and how Elliot For Water works (how is different from other search engine and how we generate revenue to support water projects.)
