- automatically create openapi documentation on maven build using in-code-annotations
- display visualization of openapi documentation on landing page
- this refs "RESTful" ege-webservice isn't TEIC/TEIGarage#27 but is only fixing the issue for MEIGarage right now (not yet TEIGarage, because there is a little bit of modularization still to do, but will be done in the future, see Move Servlet Code to ege-framework #37)
- still to do: fill out missing annotations for Validation (and future) endpoints, enhance annotations for Conversions endpoint
