Launch Sailbook when clicked on notifications even when not running #66

Storeman launches even when closed while tapping on notifications. Check if Sailbook can do the same while being Harbour compatible.

If we manage to run the QtWebkit in the background as a C++ component we can provide 100% in the background notifications (Harbour compatible): https://github.com/CODeRUS/background-application-example
