Describe the Issue

API for daily tips is available at endpoint /daily_tips.
implement a code in the client app to get a tip daily and show it as a notification, and also when the application starts

I would like to take on this issue as a Amateur contributor. For this issue, what way is the notification sent? (email, SMS, Win10Toast, etc.)

The notification will be sent as push notification in android.
