Create a website for the project

My initial idea is to create a website for the project and put all the documentation, guides and tutorials there.

I recommend going with a github pages repository, could even make it this one and put the static website in a docs folder.

That's a great idea, thanks! It will even allow the docs to be accessed directly from the repo without a website, which is a requirement.
