Probablement juste un form qui save en db pour le moment, les admins peuvent après aller voir dans l'admin django. Dans un second temps, on peut essayer d'envoyer des emails aux admins (mais il faut un smtp pour ça)

Probablement un lien vers un google form c'est encore plus simple (merci pour la suggestion pendant la réu)
