"Siren - Ward of Despair" missing reward

I didn't receive the "Miyako outfit" from the "Siren - Ward of Despair" space after completing the quest and getting the notification that the items had been added to my inventory. Siren has 3 separate quests, and I received the rewards from quests 1. and 2. into my inventory as expected:

1. Doctor's outfit quest
2. Nurse's outfit quest
3. Miyako outfit quest

I'm sorry, I should have been clearer. These 3 items, below, combined make up the Miyako outfit. (top, skirt and boots). Both the multi-piece doctor's and nurse's outfits went into my inventory as expected.

Hi, I created a new RPCN and won all the available items except for the Miyaku outfit. This particular mission (1 of 3 possible missions) is the only one in which you don't get the reward items. I'll try to include a youtube vid. to show how easy this mission is.

Hi, last night I completed the mission and I received the reward. idk why this time was any different from any of the dozens of time I finished it but... :)
