Killzone Defender-Can't Unlock Wave 2

When I play the Killzone Defender minigame, and complete Wave 1, it tells me that Wave 2 is unlocked. However, it maintains the lock symbol and is unselectible. Apparently some people have been able to get to it, because the leaderboards show scores for Waves 2 and 3.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Killzone Defender Plaza
2. Enter the Killzone Defender minigame
3. Select Wave 1 and complete it
4. Attempt to select Wave 2

Expected behavior
I should be able to play Wave 2, and then eventually Wave 3
