Suckerberg - Enhance usermenu widget

Currently, all of the links are hard-coded by default. This is "fine", but it would be much cooler to build the list based on which apps a user currently has favorited.

I need to look at how Hubzilla currently uses this for the drop-down navigation menu. Once it's in place, we can think about how the navigation layout might diverge from classic redbasic
