Searching for specific item from chests/echests/item frames/inv/carts

Im using Paper 1.12.2 on my server, and I need to way to search for specific items in a world, for example;

1. Searching entire worlds for custom-named items like &e&lSomething
2. Searching for specific items that could be hidden anywhere in the world, like Elytras

is this possible with this program?

awesome! There legit isn't a tool available to do this anywhere, this would open up so many uses for server admins.
