Issue: Running Docker image, multiple errors

Having issues setting up the container in Docker Hub following the methodology presented in your Tutorial Notebook.

After having executed docker run -d -p 8788:8787 dachro/oghss:latest , the engine runs, however multiple errors occur and when opening and logging into localhost:8788/_n_ an Rstudio Initialisation error is presented.

How could these issues be resolved?

Hi patupar,
the error message you are getting seems to be an Rstudio error message, so it indicates the service is running. The log output you are getting can be ignored (it is a known issue, I get the same output but the service is running and can be accessed through localhost:8788/). Why are you using _n_?
