Symbol support could be improved for Sketch 51.1

Bug report

Expected behavior:

Symbol resizes automatically when the input layer is deselected

Actual behavior:

nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce:

I have this happen quite often on Sketch 51.2 as well.

It seems like layout updates work as expected, but some padding items stop working on previously created artboards.

If by "input layer" you mean the Override input, then you might be able to try this: If you click on the Symbol, then deselect it by clicking on the Infinite Canvas, it may trigger the auto-resize event. This trick works for me.

a trick that used to work for me (not anymore) is to change the override text, then paddy would update.
