Midnight + Paddy = Unresponsive Modal

Expected behavior:

When activating Paddy, the modal will close as expected:

Actual behavior:

When the Midnight plugin is active, Paddy's modal will not close or activate:

Steps to reproduce:

Install Paddy + https://twitter.com/_midnightsketch and then activate Paddy.

I've tweeted @_midnightsketch as well to let them know as this is likely not an issue with Paddy but potentially an issue with Midnight. Figured I'd log this here though in case someone else has the issue.
